What do you do as a Meet Yourself® Facilitator ?
As a Meet Yourself® Facilitator, I guide you to:
• Slow down reactivity: notice thoughts, body cues, and emotions before you respond.
• Name patterns: surface autopilot habits (perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-drive) and the triggers behind them.
• Regulate & re-choose: use simple, in-the-moment practices to shift state and select a response aligned with your goals.
• Integrate at work: apply micro-tools during tough conversations, decision moments, and high-stakes meetings.
This approach support you learning to pause, say no with integrity, and build psychological habits for better decisions.
